+The above shot is of Laura Vandervoort the new Supergirl on Smallville. I have never watched Smallville personally but I hear that the famous Jett Jackson is on that show as well...and Lex Luthor is a WKU grad..so count me in.

+ MIKE IS BACK: Harold Perrineau who plays Michael on Lost has rejoined the cast in the filming of season four..so the 45 year old Walt will probably be back as well. When Mike left he had just shot Michelle Rodriguez's character..so in my book he's a hero and I welcome him back with open arms.

+ Ok..I know I'm hip deep into the Beckham wagon, however he is making a difference. I went to the MLS website (yes they have one) last night to see who the nearest team is and it happen to be in Columbus, OH. I checked their schedule and they played the LA Galaxy at home on September 30th. Great I'm going to get tickets...no...SOLDOUT...COLUMBUS MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER GAME SOLD OUT!!! Beckham 1 Haters 0.

+ The Tour De France has just kicked out the leader of the event Michael Rasmussen for testing positive for blood doping. Seriously I'm entering the race next year..I'm going stay clean and probably win by default with my $47 road bike from Target.

+ Jessica Alba is single..now she will put up a myspace page trying to reconnect with the old friends she ditched, then she will be at every bar Thursday through Sunday making up for all the lost partying and the fact that she is sad and lonely, then she will cap it off by getting into another relationship way too soon with a guy who is a poor man's version of the slacker she just broke up with.
