So the Star Wars franchise seems like a distant memory to me lately. I haven't watched any of the movies, and that cartoon didn't do much for me. I mean, who wants to watch Anakin Skywalker prance around as a hero now that you've seen him slaughter kids? Sorry, not buying it.
That doesn't mean that there aren't other stories to explore in a universe so rich with detail. I think the fine people at BIOWARE have figured that out, because the trailer below had me geeking out at full nerd capacity.

My only problem with that is that it is a Multi player Online. Really wish they had just released it as Knights of the Old Republic 3.

I play Lord of the Rings Online, and I'm so sick of all the fanboys talking about this non-stop in-game. I mean, I'm a huge Star Wars fan, but I don't talk about it, or the games, while I'm playing in another setting. I hope it does good, so all those jackasses will leave and the rest of us won't have to listen to how Star Wars Galaxies was awesome but then was ruined by the expansion blahblahblah every five minutes. Sci-fi MMOs suck.
