Virginia Beach has been ke'OWNED
Well I was beat by a man in a kilt and a man with one leg however I still ran a personal best this morning. I set my lofty goal at 46 minutes flat however we banged out the 8K at 45:39. It was a beautiful run along the beach and they had beer waiting for us at the finish line. WIN, WIN, WIN. So I get to relax and drink plenty of green beer while my dad and Stan "The Man" Murphy have to run a little thing called a marathon tomorrow.

Congrats on winning the race....with the beer that is. Is Keown Irish?
Keown is derived from the name McKeown. Two Irish brothers came over to the States and they were named McKeown, however they had a falling out and one went with McKeown and the other went with Keown. So if you ever see a McKeown let me know...we have unfinished business.
Where did the name Yesh come from? Is that Irish?
It's Gaelic. Or GAY LICK as Yesh likes it.
