Pour some sugar on me...from my head..to my feet

+ First off..what you see before you is the new David Beckham LA Galaxy jersey. If you had told me a year ago that I would be sporting a MLS jersey I would have laughed at your humor then punched you in the gut for the assault on my character. As Ed McDunnough would say "We got a Beckham now HI! EVERYTHING'S CHANGED!

+ Seth and Sheena's wedding went off great yesterday. The reception was extra special as the wedding party lasted nearly five hours and really hit an eleven when the DJ spun "Pour some sugar on me" and the bride took the mic and brought down the house. I was in full out air guitar maddness as I stayed sober throughout the entire festivities. And that was quite a feat considering the amount of drink that flowed though Ellis Place. I felt like Lindsey Lohan with the alcohol monitoring device around my ankle. Following the reception I drove back to Louisville getting home around midnight. This has been one haggard ass week but one full of good times and great oldies.

+ I got the gig at Apple which means I'm going to be working nights and weekends which is no problem for me, but I will be missing some of my "stories" on television so I'm signing up for crack otherwise known as a DVR. I honestly can't believe I haven't got one before now but what else was I doing on a week night.

Color TV Tonight: Just turn on HBO anytime after 9pm EST and you will be happy.

- "Big Boned Night" on TLC with I Eat 33,000 Calories a Day, World's Heaviest Man, Help! I'm a Hoarder. I think I'll watch while I eat a couple of Hardee's Monster burgers then aptly have my arteries explode.

- Hogan Knows Best 10pm EST VH1: Season premiere and it looks like Brooke is still a horrible performer, Nick is still a douche, Linda is increasing looking like Hatchet-Face from Crybaby and Hulkamania is still alive.

Brotha, please. How do you think I watch so much FRIGGIN' TV? I mean, c'mon. Big Brother alone is three nights a week. (You're a sorry ass for not watching it, BTW). Welcome to the DVR cult, my man. And congrats on the Apple gig. Pass the discount, please.
