Ryan the Intern's Facebook fast has inspired me to do the same. No Facebook for 7 days! There is no rhyme or reason or political statement involved with this fast, but I like challenging myself and since I'm horribly addicted to the site .. THIS WILL BE A CHALLENGE.I didn't say anything about my Twitter though. Its the equivalent of having a cigarette while trying to kick heroin.

I too am fasting facebook it has been 14 days... ARRGH!! I am so tempted to go on but i won't! stay strong You can do it!
