Overheard in my Hot Yoga class

We're 20 minutes into class last night when our instructor told us to clinch our "assholes." It caught me off guard and I thought to myself there is no way she said "asshole." Then she stated "don't clinch your butt checks..clinch your asshole." I think I was offended...and I don't get offended. I need a shower.
