Thoughts on the latest episode of The Office 'The Chair Model.'Kevin Malone easily had the performance of the night and even teared up a bit for the cameras during one of his talking heads. I thought it was a really great moment and I'm sure someone right now is making a Youtube music video tribute.
I looked like a 14 year old girl watching The Hills when Jim (SPOILER ALERT) got down on one knee in front of Pammy. I was not expecting that and it was a great way to put back the life into the Jim and Pam saga. Kudos BJ Novak.

Michael: Would an average-sized rowboat support her without capsizing? It bothers me that you're not answering this question.
Phyllis: Well, I'm setting up Michael up with my fat friend anyway. He can just deal with it.
