The SLAM DUNK contest is back and that is due in large part to Dwight Howard. I used to live for this back in the day with MJ, Spud and Dominique however the past years have just been horrible to watch. Well this may be one of the best yet. Check cliff notes version below.

Other than the behind the backboard one, nothing was all that impressive for the dunk contest. Timmy Felty was doing that superman throw-in dunk 20 years ago :P
The bank off the backboard with one hand and slam with the other...that was the shizz. The most innovative I've seen in awhile. Howard is the man.
It was a decent year for the Dunk contest...
Dwight Howard even though he is super tall he dunks like a small guy it is really odd but looks good.... Not as good as my rafter high shanks, but good..
