So I did some sniffing around on the net, and look what I found!
If you google the word 'boogie boarder' spelled out backwards, at about result page 27 or 28, there is a link for a site that contained this video.
I can't quite tell what is happening yet. But I think it has something to do with gays.

The page labeled latest observations doesn't fit. I mean the current temp is 16. What is a latest observation? So here is what I found. The most common number is 3. so there are 3 letters in the word. The second most common # is 7. The 7th letter is G. There is 1 degree difference from the second lowest score and 2 degrees difference from that and 5 37's. So 7,1,2,and 5. But it's 3 letters so 7,1,25. G..A..Y.
