The cooking class went down on Friday night and I can now make a mean Chicken Saltimbocca with a mushroom risotto, to add to my bagel and turkey sandwich arsenal. Here is a shot of Jennie enjoying the dish, while it looks like a bag of skittles exploded all around.Tip: You might want to wear pants when you're frying chicken.
