Jermbro dropped me a tip about this video of Bowling Green's downtown project. After viewing it ... I honestly believe they should have added flying cars and Michael J. Fox on a hover board because that would be more believable.
Yeah most of this stuff is fantasy more than reality. Townhouses near the projects? But namely the minor league baseball stadium, there is not a lot of support for WKU athletics, what makes them think a baseball team will be the kicker. Afterall Kentucky is well known for its baseball....... My favorite part is 1:00 minute in when the dude almost bites the dust.
