My first image of the new year was a serious ass mullet man dancing to Haddaway

New Year's Rockin' Eve got off to a great start with dinner for six at Palermo Viejo Argentina Restaurant. Myself, Jennie, Downtown Steve Brown, Jamie, Cootsdaddy and his girl Sara. The food was great the environment was brilliant so the night was off and running. After the restaurant we arrived at the artic 4th Street Live. The theme was Studio 54 and that consisted of a Studio 54 sign and six booty dancers. They really went above and beyond this year...and I'm sorry if anyone else went down there looking or a good time. Last year was wonderful however they seemed to drop the ball...(or NOT drop the ball) hahahahha shitzzzzhhahahahah. Sorry I have no comedy for you in 2008.

Anyway we grabbed a couple of beers and t-shirts at The Pub which is by far the best spot at 4th Street. Following the The Pub we traveled back to my local bar (Woody's) and took in the new year. Everyone there was shit faced and our waitress ended up kissing Jamie and I'm sure she wanted to go home with Jennie. All in all...it was about how a New Year's Eve actually goes...lots of hype no delivery...but I got to spend quality time with good friends so it was a success.

This looks like a clever myspace photo...I should have just tilted it more.

Dinner at Palermo Viejo Argentina Restaurant. The DSB heading up the table..looking like a crime boss.

The serious ass mullet man mentioned in the title. I haven't seen dancing like that since ... well fuck I've never seen dancing like that.

Looks like this girl got left in the cold...as Angel's Rock Bar is filled to capacity with douchebags.

The DSB reacts to DJ Champagne spinning some Ace of Base.

The Booty Dancer at 4th Street...whatever she got paid..it wasn't enough.

I also had a great time, but i think the cold really put a damper on it all. I agree, those booty dancers went well beyond the job description last night. The Pub is a great place to check out again and hopefully this time my camera won't die. It was great catching up with the gang and I think we shouldn't wait for the year to die to do it again.
