I don't necessarily like New Year's Resolutions because I'm under the belief of doing something now and not waiting for the new year. However it just so happens when I got inspired to be a cook...it was this week. So last night I trekked to Barnes and Noble to find a great cook book to get me started. Well it looks like I found it...(see above book.)I'm pretty sure I want to get into the restaurant business soon. Louisville has blessing of great restaurants and would be difficult to nudge in however the market is completely open in Bowling Green to have a great place and be very successful. Bowling Green is the capital of chain spots so a indy restaurant with a great vibe would be very refreshing.
