Yesterday I purchased a working, clean iMac G3 (Grape) off of my friend for 10 bucks. I have only owned one Apple product ever, an original 30GB photo/color iPod I bought when I was too young to know any better--and a month later someone at work stole it anyway. Now I have a nine-year-old purple Mac that probably has no business running the OS X that it is and makes me look like I should be ordering lemondrops at Disneyworld, but it's a $10 computer! That never happens. After throughly enjoying my Dell laptop and Creative Zen Vision:M (neither of which I plan on abandoning anytime soon, as the Zen absolutely owns the iPod), maybe it's time to see what this Apple hubbub is all about. As soon as I figure out how to play Freecell on it.
