Hayden is a wanted woman...well no shit

Actually really wanted in Japan as there is a warrant out for her arrest. This goes back to her little dolphin saving adventure last month.

"I learned that they have an arrest warrant out for me in Japan," the Heroes star told E! News exclusively Wednesday. Potentially jail, but I doubt it. ... I guess they could come here and get us, but probably not."
