Dexter Vs. Doakes

Now that Josh has caught himself up to the world of Dexter, I'd like to reiterate something. If you aren't watching Dexter, then you've got rocks in your head. Or maybe you just don't have Showtime. That's unfortunate.

This past episode had a rare moment television viewing. Have you ever been watching a show, and got so enthralled in it that you jumped right off the couch and shouted "FUCK YEAH" like a moron, to a tv that can't possibly hear you? Well, this previous episode of Dexter totally got me.

For weeks, Sgt. Doakes has been on to Dexter, following him, harassing him, breaking into his office, all because he knows that Dexter is not what he seems. With Doakes getting too close to his secrets, he fights back. After ensnaring Doakes in a political trap, Dexter walks in to find him waiting. After a verbal showdown, Dexter tells Doakes that he'll always be one step ahead of him because HE OWNS HIM. Then he pulls the most bad ass move ever, headbutting Doakes into next week. I've never headbutted anyone before, but it sure looks fun. And with that, I jumped right off the couch and screamed obscenities. Thank you Dexter.
