I've been training for a race that I'm running in Virginia Beach and everything had been going smoothly until last night. I finish my run get in the Xterra (which will soon be EXterra) head to Blockbuster to rent Die Hard 4 (which was fun and loaded with action) however when I get out of the truck my knees felt like someone had done a Nancy Kerrigan to them. They got sore really quick and I hobbled around Blockbuster and back home...and barely made it up the stairs. After a ice down and Die Hard 4 later...things weren't that much better and as I write to you this morning...it is still teh suck. This shit didn't happen before 30.
