This young lady is Kristen Wiig and she's on SNL and in the upcoming movie Extract with Mila Kunis, Jason Bateman, and Ben Affleck. Funny and Hott...I love that combination. She's also been in Semi-Pro, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, AdventureLand and Flight of the Conchords.
