This young lady is Chyler Leigh and I first saw her in Not Another Teen Movie. She's also been on That 80's Show, The Practice, and Grey's Anatomy. As long as she doesn't have a pony tail and glasses, she's hot.

And, you forgot to mention the show Reunion. It was pretty good, but not selfsustaining. Also, it ran on Fox, so failure was in the cards.
