This is Aubrey O'Day. She was in Making The Band 3, a member of Danity Kane, and has been in Maxim, Complex, and Playboy along with many other magazines that show off the goods. She's all been enlisted to be in "Peepshow", a Vegas musical put on by Planet Hollywood. And of course her own reality show is being planned.
