My old college roommate (I'm 45 now) Lucas L. is in Chicago for a few days 'cause apparently that's the cool place to go. He snapped this on the street yesterday and I gotta say, I'm intrigued. Do they wrap pancakes around the bacon? Do they press the bacon into the already-made pancakes? Do they add bacon to the batter, like chocolate chips? I NEED TO KNOW.Also, I'm surprised to see this in the Windy City. Chicagoans have a well-deserved reputation for their healthy eating habits.
