Apparently on December 21, 2012 the earth, the sun, and the moon are all going to align with a black hole that is in the center of our universe. This happens every 23,000 years or so. They think the poles with reverse when this happens (like toilets below the equator swirl the other way?!). This will of course cause massive destruction, earthquakes, volcanoes, oceans rising, continents moving, etc. My question is how the hell do you prepare for that? Any ideas would be appreciated.
By the way, the end of the earth has been predicted for thousands of years by the Mayan, Chinese, and Merlin (which was apparently a title not a person).

In the book "Chariots of the Gods" 12-21-12 is actually explained. The Mayan calender is segmented based on the slow shift of the night sky. Every night a certain constilation rises. As the Earth shifts at like .007 degrees every year every 1100 or 1200 years a different astrological constilation rises at that spot. Between the ages(right now) is an age of uncertainty according to the Mayans. The first star of the constilation Aquarius will appear on 12-21-2012. That's right folks..the dawning of the age of Aquarius. The Mayan translation is not the end of the "earth" but the end of time.

I think we should have a party December 21, 2012!! Or should we do December 20, 2008.
We will just be hungover on Dec. 22 .. when it comes around.
