People spent money on this study and that makes me a sad clown

Yahoo has the hardest hitting news on the World Wide Web. It is constantly opening my eyes to things I didn't even know existed. Here is the headline on their main page that shocked me.

If we are all completely honest, egotistical reasons are the only reason to social network. You can say "its to keep up with old friends" but when you post pictures wearing your "club shirt" come on..you're not fooling this cat.
