I think you mean Bob Bell. Larry Harmon was the original Bozo and franchised the name. Bob Bell played the infamous Bozo on WGN when you were a child. Mr. Bell is also deceiced along with man that played Cooky.

Was the WGN Bozo the same as the Channel 5 Bozo and the Channel 2 Bozo?
