If I could add one thing that would put the Catfish Festival over the top, it would be to have someone dress up in a Catfish mascot costume. He could just go around and give people a hard time and make kids cry.Some people wake up with million dollar ideas, I wake up with this.

2p.m.- Terrapin race rained out. Current temp 102 degress.
3p.m.- Rain over. Current temp 108 degrees relative humidity 110%.
4p.m.-Catfish dead.
Sounds like the Catfish Festival to me.
So you're saying we are going to need at least 7-8 different people for this.
Per day. I wore the bear suit at a few basketball games, and that was unbelievably hot, I can't fathom how hot that suit would be in July!!
