The Green River Catfish Festival Road Race was the hardest five miles I've ever run. The hills out in Woodbury are all kinds of haggard and what do I have to show for it ... just a 4th place trophy, a bloody foot and the honor of calling myself "THE ONE" on "9ONE." Classic Graham. Had he shown up, him jobs all around. Even for Dean. Selfish.
The megapowers will return. Mini marathon awaits us this fall. I did 5.3 miles today to pay for my sins.
