Just saw the new Indy movie...

What did I think of it? Well, let's use an analogy. If "Raiders" was the golden idol, then "The Crystal Skull" was what Indy had in the bag...horseshit. Other than one or two times, there was no Indiana Jones "feel" to this movie. Many times I was left stammering to myself, "What...wait a minute". If not for the nostalgia of this being an Indiana Jones,I do not believe I would ever watch this movie again. With George Lucas' touch, the film is the "Phantom Menace" of Indy movies.

There were a few good parts to the movie. Shia LaBeouf did a great job, sadly Harrison Ford phoned it in. All in all, the greatest thing about this movie is that it makes me appreciate "Temple of Doom" alot more.

oh sh*t. these are the kind of reviews i fear. i've had a feeling that this Jones was going to be a Star Wars Episode 1-3 type of deal.

I hate George Lucas. I think everything he has ever been involved with SUCKS!

Don't get me wrong. Go and see it. It will make you laugh, but in the end it will leave you empty. There are so many things they could have done other than, "Indiana Jones vs The Space Men".
