Tying together today's themes
A few years back Jack White produced and played on an album by Loretta Lynn that won a Grammy and a spot in America's collective heart. The single off that album was "Portland, Oregon," which is appropriate because that's where the blogfather is right now. Everything's fitting together. Anyway, if you want to hear Jack sound way too much like Melissa Etheridge and witness some very real sexual tension between him and a woman more than 40 years his senior at the same time, well, then, you can thank me later.
Also I'm really hoping Josh hooks up with some Random McRandy he finds in a bar just so this song would be double appropriate. There's also "Portland Rain" by Everclear, but...come on.
