Blue Helmet used to be a patient at Panorama. His handlers would bring him and the rest of the inmates to the .99-Cent movie and they would bring Blue into Kroger because he liked to buy green bananas. He helped us nab a shoplifter one night by blocking his exit, then dry humping his leg until the police arrived. Good times, good times.
