I feel like a used up whore when I finish watching LOST

Last night's Lost was absolutely amazing with many questions finally being answered and of course always opening up a few more. However I have one and only one beef and that is with ABC. Instead of just casually going to Eli Stone (which is brutally bad) after an intense episode of Lost, how about they just go to a 5-10 minute black screen so we can digest what we just saw. Yeah I know I could turn off the TV, but that's not the point because we need a buffer between a great TV show and one that will certainly be replaced at season's end.

OK..so about last night. SPOILER ALERT if you haven't watched last night's episode.
1. We all knew that Michael was coming back, however the scene in which he did was AMAZING. The look on Sayid's face made me want to shit my ass, and I'm sure Michael..umm Kevin wanted to do the same.
2. I can't remember, have Desmond brothaaa and Michael met?
3. I liked the captain, because he gave us more knowledge in his 45 seconds of screen time than the entire season 3.
4. The dead passengers must be the folks that Ben killed from the Dharma days.
5. Jin? WTF? Panda? Dead? My hair is on fire!
6. Juliette has the biggest balls on the island.
