Saturday is the annual Anthem 5K race here in downtown Louisville which is the kick off to the triple crown race leading up to the derby. I'm really stoked as I'm going to try and run it barefoot like the Kenyans. I'm sure that's the reason for their long distance dominance.8am - Slugger Field - Race Temperature 33 degrees.
