Once upon a time Mischa Barton was the "it girl" on the hottest TV show round these parts (The O.C.) Well times change H.I. and now she looks like one of those four years later meth posters. Barton was arrested early Thursday morning and was charged with DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license. She should have just had a dead hooker in the trunk to boot. Well at least it looks liker her career will get back on track now.
