The 24 hour surgery was a success and Lakshmi has two arms and two legs. Over 30 surgeons took on the marathon procedure to salvage her organs and rebuild her pelvis area. She was born with a parasitic twin with no head.....sorta like Dwight Shrute. Hopefully she absorbed the powers and will have double the strength of other humans.
