During the summers or if you had a "sick" day at school during the 90's after the 14 hours of Sportscenter went off...that meant only one thing. Body Shaping was coming on with the hot hot Asian hot Kiana Tom. Jennifer on the show was a beauty as well, but no one body shaped themselves like Kiana. However the good times wouldn't last long because after Body Shaping, the highly disturbing Denise Austin show came on.
