That's Slim Goodbody! He used to show up on Captain Kangaroo from time to time way back in the day, and I believe he had his own show, too. If I'm not mistaken, he came to the grade school once when I was a young'un, but it probably wasn't the real Slim. And yeah, that body suit always creeped me the fuck out!
