The daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus is selling out every arena in under 10 minutes and rabid parents are paying an average of $1,000 per ticket on Ebay and Craigslist. Parents..take Kige Ramsey's advice here and don't buy the first ticket this year or next year..but buy the ticket five years from now when she is playing at O'Malley's Corner and the ticket price will be a bring a canned good. Miley is 14..so she is peaking right now..so just wait for the decline..which if it's anything like her fathers..will be swift and painful.
