If you take a gander to your left while you're heading down I-65 South near Cave City, KY you will see high atop a mountain called "Guntown." When they say "Guntown" they mean "Guntown" because you can hear sounds of the six shooter going off daily there. Guntown Mountain is a great family adventure that will let you step back in time so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Wild West.
That Wild West doesn't recreate itself you know...it takes the work of a some well skilled actors. Like Jerome "Dusty Damned" Lane, Andrew "Mean Loner" Vaughn and Steel Simpson. When I asked "Dusty Damned" what his motivation was each day coming out here and setting us all back in time. He replied "I've had a passion for acting since I saw movie K-9 Cop I just never looked back..and hell look where I'm at now..top of the mountain." I would have to agree..he is at the top of the mountain...GUNTOWN MOUNTAIN.

I always hated that place....
I have pictures the last time my family dragged me there & I truly look miserable on the spider. Of course those where those adolescent years when I looked miserable everywhere....
Ha! Ha! I remember the ride over on those wobbly cars. I was always afraid I would fall in the trees!!
