Ryan the Temp is now Ryan the head dick in charge. This is a new still from the upcoming Season 4 of The Office. I hear Mike Scott is really taking the piss in the new season with Ryan being his new boss...he does look intimidating now with the beard..I bet poor Kelly Kapoor is in shambles.
