So I had a cup of coffee with Morgantown today

I was there...then I was gone. I came in for a couple of hours to see the family then I was back in Louisville by 11pm. Two jobs means little to no social time, I would have love to spent at least the night but shit happens. Anyway a few observations while in the motherland: The song I heard coming into town was Crazytown's 'Butterfly' which gave me a good laugh. The Catfish Capital of the World sign is now gone and in it's place a Smith's Funeral Home sign. So are we not the Catfish Capital of the World anymore....someone please tell me something..because I got this tattoo across my chest saying "I was born in the Catfish Capital of the World."

supposedly this guy wrote a letter to the editor at the Banner saying that the catfish festival sucked and then made a bunch of suggestions as to how to make it better....the people of M-town didn't know the festival sucked until this guy said so...when they went this year they were all like "YES THIS SUCKS" and tore down the sign in anger and with nothing to be proud of the town is dying and scheduled for demolition in the summer of 08...if I find that guy that wrote that letter he'll never write again....I think that's right...or maybe since the Colemans own that corner where the sign was/is and Smith's is owned by a Coleman they wanted to advertise?? but that's proly a vicious rumor.
