You probably didn't catch this video when it came out in 2002 or thereabouts, but it's an extremely simple concept and it's hard to believe no one thought of it before. The video's funny because everyone reacts like you'd think they would: The young, hip kids like it and the crotchety old people miss their Victrolas and tell the song to get off of their lawn. If memory serves, Cake also made a New York version, but it didn't have near the amount of the elderly or backhanded compliments. Or cool black people.
