Asshole? Hero? You decide

This picture looks Photoshopped, but it's just because my phone's name doesn't begin with a lowercase "i." Still, Josh and I couldn't decide if this person should be Asshole of the Day or Friday's Hometown Hero. I'm leaning towards Hero, because man, if that's not outdated and dorky, it's gonna be real soon. Plus, it looks like someone pwned his (or her, we don't know) legs pretty hard because he or she was rocking the only handicapped spot for a few blocks. +1, crippled Ohio dork. +1.
