At last a day off on Sunday and it couldn't come at a better time as the Ironman Triathlon rolls into Louisville. If your not familiar with the competition, basically you swim 2.4 miles, bike 114 miles, and run 26.4 miles. It really is the a form of torture, but can be very inspiring so I'm going pull me up a chair and a nice pint over at the PUB and watch everyone come to the finish line at 4th Street.- Also UFC has a card tonight and honestly I haven't kept up with this one but I do know Randy Couture is fighting so..I'm rooting for Captain America. I met Randy in Las Vegas and he was a real nice guy however has a handshake that can break down a man physically and emotionally.
- Last night I got in from work at 9pm and went for a run, so while I was running through the neighborhood I ran past a nice looking BMW with the license plate that read "BLINGD" hahahhah he or she must feel like the biggest douche considering that term label "out" by Mr. Kanye "Crazy Glasses" West.
- Also I have noticed that we have been getting a few more comments..and truly thanks for that..
