Japan is crazy. Everybody knows that. Lifeguards were probably just throwing up their arms and playing Pokemon or chain-smoking or whatever else it is they do over there. One thing they weren't doing: measuring the proportion of urine to actual water in that wave pool. That's less of a pool and more like the biggest cocktail of bacteria you've ever seen. Guh.
